GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Green Bay Packers cornerback Sam Shields intends to come back from his latest concussion, but it will be at least another two months as he was placed on injured reserve Tuesday.The Packers made the move Tuesday, more than five weeks after Shields sustained a concussion in the season opener against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
