Wales wing Tom James has agreed a new contract with PRO12 outfit Cardiff Blues.The Blues said that 29-year-old James had signed a new long-term deal.James, who has won 12 caps and started twice for Wales during last seasons RBS 6 Nations Championship, rejoined the Blues from Aviva Premiership club Exeter in 2015.Blues head coach Danny Wilson said: Tom is a superb player and has shown exactly what he is capable of in the opening weeks of this season.He is fast, powerful, defends well and does the basics well.
