(NLL) - The Minnesota Swarm today agreed to terms with firstoverall pick Logan Schuss on a two-year contract on Monday. Schuss, a left-handed forward from Ohio State University, became the first No. 1 overall pick in Swarm history this past September during the 2013 NLL Entry Draft. Schuss started and played in every game during his four-year career at Ohio State and finished as the schools all-time leader in points (237) and goals (146). In his senior season as a co-captain this past spring, the 22-year-old notched a career-high 44 goals along with 28 assists and helped the Buckeyes reach the 2013 NCAA Quarterfinals. "Getting Logan signed is key to our success," Swarm associate general manager and head coach Joe Sullivan said. "Clearly he is a standout player that is going to do a lot of great things for our team on and off the floor.
